These cream cheese pancakes are light and fluffy and gluten free! Top with greek yoghurt and berries. YUM

 

INGREDIENTS:
4 Eggs
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 teaspoons pure maple syrup
100g Philadelphia Cream Cheese

 

METHOD:
Blend or process in Thermomix for 10 seconds on Speed 9

Pan fry in butter or coconut oil to make them deliciously golden brown !
