I had always had an active youth, competing in swimming, athletics and karate. But before undertaking my study to be a PT, I was an extremely unfit mother of two in her 30’s. I’d put on 20 kg with my first pregnancy, suffered from severe post natal depression and I had a bad case of distastes rec-ti (which required surgical repair). I struggled to find help at my local gym, not being able to connect with a trainer my age or one who had empathy for the struggle I faced to return to fitness.

So I did it myself. I worked hard, lost the weight and found a love for strength training. I decided to become the person I had been looking for and began studying again at the age of 30. I came away with a Master Trainer Certificate of Exercise Science & Fitness Management, a 1st Dan black belt, and many other specialisations. I have now been in the industry for over 16 years.

I am a Personal Trainer with heart…I’ve been on the journey and faced the struggles. My life experience and formal qualifications have given me the ability to transform other women’s lives and support them on their fitness journey.

I love helping women of all ages take charge of their health, so that they can embrace life’s challenges with renewed energy and confidence

The women I work with are such a dedicated, fun loving, amazing and inspirational bunch! They are all beautiful but have just decided to be healthier, fitter, faster & stronger!

My favorite quote is: “If you want something you have never had, you must be willing to do something you have never done.”
