Circuit style classes for females over 50! These low impact, pelvic floor friendly classes are 45 minutes and perfect for those wanting to be a little fitter, recovering from injury or new to exercise. 

We focus on exercises which improve strength, bone health, flexibility, posture, balance, and body awareness. Classes consist of:

  • Upper body, lower body, back and core strengthening exercises
  • Balance exercises for fall prevention
  • Flexibility exercises
  • Mobility and Myofascial movement
  • Body awareness training

If there are any medical conditions which may affect your ability to undertake an exercise class, a doctor’s clearance may be required. From $10 per class.
