This one’s for the women 50+ who want to keep moving, stay strong, and feel fantastic — without jumping, jarring, or doing anything that makes your body say “no thanks.”

These 45-minute circuit-style classes are low-impact, pelvic floor friendly, and perfect if you’re:

  • Just getting started (or starting again)

  • Recovering from injury

  • Looking to build fitness in a safe, supportive environment

We focus on real-life strength and movement that helps you feel better every day, not just in class.

  • Upper body, lower body, back, and core strengthening

  • Balance exercises to help prevent falls

  • Flexibility and posture work

  • Mobility + Myofascial release (because stiff isn’t a vibe)

  • Body awareness and coordination


💡Need-to-Know:

  • You might need a doctor’s clearance if you have any medical conditions (I’ll guide you through that)

  • Classes start from $11 — affordable and accessible

  • Expect lots of encouragement, good music, and a few laughs along the way
