Introducing my brand-new Bones & Groans class – a fun and energizing 30-minute workout that’s all about strengthening your bones, boosting your balance, and enhancing mobility.

These low-impact sessions are specifically designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and increase bone density – essential for feeling your best as we age.

    Growing stronger bones! Improve your balance, and leave every class feeling more confident and ready to take on the day. With Bones & Groans, you’ll not only feel great but move with the vitality and freedom you deserve!

     

    • Low-impact, weight-bearing exercises to support bone strength and density

    • Balance and stability work to help reduce the risk of falls

    • Gentle mobility and flexibility movements

    • Core and postural strengthening 

    • A supportive, social environment that keeps things light, fun, and motivating!


    💡Need-to-Know:

    • You might need a doctor’s clearance if you have any medical conditions (I’ll guide you through that)

    • Classes start from $20 — affordable and accessible
