PT to YOU Pty Ltd – Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by PT to YOU Pty Ltd (ABN
81604886713) (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the client”). By booking, attending, or participating in
any session, class, or program, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. You acknowledge that participation in physical activity carries inherent risks, and you agree to take responsibility for your own health and safety at all times.

2. Services Provided
We provide personal training, small group fitness, online coaching, and allied health assistant services. Service details, pricing, and schedules are outlined on our website or provided directly in writing. All services are subject to availability and may change at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal, medical, and contact information. • Notify us of any injuries, illnesses, or changes in your health before participating in sessions and of any changes to health • Follow all instructions given by your trainer to ensure safety. • Conduct yourself respectfully toward staff and other clients. You acknowledge that results depend on your own effort, consistency, and adherence to guidance.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Refunds
All sessions, classes, and programs must be booked and paid for in advance. We may offer term-based packages, memberships, or online programs as outlined at the time of purchase. Refunds are offered solely at our discretion. We may provide partial or full refunds in cases of genuine medical conditions supported by documentation, or in exceptional circumstances determined by us. No credits, transfers, or extensions are permitted without prior written approval.

5. Communication & Conduct
All communication with PT to YOU must remain professional and relevant to the services provided. We
maintain clear professional boundaries and do not engage in personal, social, or romantic relationships with clients. Harassment, inappropriate messages, excessive contact, or behaviour that makes staff uncomfortable will result in immediate termination of services. Clients must also refrain from making defamatory, misleading, or hostile comments online, including on social media or review platforms.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time and at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: • Breach of these Terms. • Inappropriate or disrespectful conduct. •Failure to follow health and safety instructions. • Communication that falls outside agreed boundaries. If services are terminated, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus fees for sessions already attended or booked.

7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, resources, videos, documents, and written content provided by PT to YOU remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your personal fitness purposes only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without written consent. Your image may be used for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy & Data Handling
We collect and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we manage, protect, and use client data. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We retain records for up to 12 months after termination of services, after which they are securely deleted unless required by law. By booking our services, you consent to photographs taken during your event being used for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media, unless you notify us in writing prior to your event. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PT to YOU Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in our services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. You agree to release and indemnify us from all claims or liabilities related to your engagement with our services.

10. Governing Law & Contact Information
