I found the PT to YOU app easy to use. I loved that I can sync it with other fitness apps to help track food. The exercise videos are easy to follow, reading up on nutritional benefits of different foods in the meal plan section and seeing my weekly exercise plan at a glance in the calendar feature. But my favourite feature of all would have to be the ability to enter my weekly stats and see my progress on a graph with 1 touch.
