Highly recommend the online training program!

3 babies, years of excuses and an unhealthy relationship with food had me in a place, mentally, where I no longer wanted to be. I was so unhappy with myself. But then I started online training with Lisa from PT to YOU and for the first time in a long time, I experienced positive lifestyle changes. Little by little my confidence has picked up, I feel happier in general, less stressed and more motivated.

I found the PT to YOU app easy to use. I loved that I can sync it with other fitness apps to help track food. The exercise videos are easy to follow, reading up on nutritional benefits of different foods in the meal plan section and seeing my weekly exercise plan at a glance in the calendar feature. But my favourite feature of all would have to be the ability to enter my weekly stats and see my progress on a graph with 1 touch.
